PRIVATE LESSONS- 2 Hours (First lesson is 3 Hours for new shooters)

Cost- $50 an Hour. Minimum 2 Hours. (New shooters first class is $175.00)

Description:

These lessons are tailored for all levels of rifle experience.  This is a one-on-one session that could be for the student who has never fired a rifle or has very little experience.  It is also for those who have taken our 1-day or 2-day course and are looking to improve on a specific area of training or to maintain a high level of training.  This class is also for those who would like to spread out their training, like a "workout" type schedule.

  • Pen and Paper
  • Eye and Ear protection (electronic muffs recommended)
  • Magazine fed Semi-auto Rifle 
  • Minimum 100 rounds of ammunition
  • Minimum of 5 training rounds, i.e. snap caps  Must be very apparent that they are inert)
  • Minimum of 2 magazines
  • Magazine pouch(es) (for those who already own them or have previously taken our classes)
  • Sturdy gun belt (for those who already own one or have previously taken our classes)
  • Sling (for those who already own one or have previously taken our classes)
  • Gloves (optional)
  • Water
  • FOR OUTDOOR RANGE LESSONS: (recommended) seasonal appropriate clothing/rain gear, sunblock, baseball style hat, bug spray

BASIC 1-DAY RIFLE COURSE

Cost- $250.00 (minimum 4-6 students)

Description:

This full-day class is great for someone who has never fired a rifle or has little experience shooting one.  This is a basic class to instill confidence in your ability to safely use your firearm by setting a solid foundation on the modern shooting techniques used by the best shooting professionals in the civilian, military and law enforcement community.  When you have completed our course, you will have the skills to go to the range on your own and the ability to move forward into our more advanced courses.

  • Fundamentals of marksmanship

  • Sighting system (Recommend both an optic and back up iron sights)
  • Firearms cleaning and lubrication equipment
  • Minimum 800 rounds of ammunition
  • Minimum of 5 Training rounds (Must be very apparent that they are inert)
  • Minimum of 4 - 30 round magazines or 5 - 20 round magazines
  • Minimum of 2 belt mounted magazine pouches.  3 for students with 20 round magazines 
  • Chest rig or body armor mounted magazine pouches are optional  
  • Sturdy gun belt (double thickness)
  • Sling (Recommend 2 point sling)
  • Gloves (optional)
  • Water hydrating device
  • Bag lunch and snacks
  • Seasonal appropriate clothing/rain gear
  • Sunblock
  • Bug Spray

  • Old tee-shirt that can be used as a target in shooting drills

INTERMEDIATE 1-DAY RIFLE COURSE

Cost- $250.00 (minimum 4-6 students)

Description:

This class is designed for those who have already taken our Basic 1-Day Rifle Course or have similiar training experience through law enforcement, military, competition experience, or haven taken previous courses from recognized firearms training companies.  This course is for those looking to enhance and improve upon their previous rifle training.  We will continue to instill a solid shooting foundation as well as introduce rifle manipulation techniques and tactics, enabling you to better protect yourself and others.  Learning these battle-proven tactics and techniques will take you to a whole new level.  Those students who complete this course will be better prepared to move into our advanced training program.

Prerequisites:

Must have sucessfully completed our Basic 1-Day Rifle Course with instructor's recommendation for the Intermediate 1-Day Rifle Course.  We will also except sucessful completion of a rifle class by a recognized firearms company.  Previous military, law enforcement, or competition handgun experience considered as well.
